Workspace.
Each individual workspace costs £55 per week per desk and includes free high speed broadband, a telephone line for each desk, storage facilities and entitles tenants to reduced booking rates for the Doughnut Factory meeting/training rooms and for rental of in house hardware and software.

Office Space.
Offices with space for 3 – 4 desks are available for £220 - £280 per week. Rental includes free high speed broadband, a telephone line for each desk, storage facilities and entitles tenants to reduced booking rates for the meeting / training rooms and for rental of in house hardware and software.

Meeting & Training Rooms.
Meeting & training room facilities are available to hire at The Doughnut Factory. The main meeting room seats between 10 – 15 people depending on the layout required.  The meeting room may be hired for £20 per hour – this is reduced to £10 per hour for Doughnut Factory tenants. There is also a smaller meeting space available to tenants to use free of charge.
